Movement Culture – Man is created for movement. Not only can you shape your body in the De Medici Movement & Spa Club with new personal training methods, but also improve health and wellbeing. Training, recreation, lifestyle are created by innovative and tailor-made workouts. The latest fitness methods are applied such as the new electric-myo-stimulation training, short EMS or fascia concept. Relaxation and recreation after a successful training session or a busy day is offered as well in the extensive wellness area. In three cosmetic and massage rooms various exclusive massages and cosmetic treatments can be booked. The Finnish sauna and the steam bath are also the place to unwind, to get the metabolism going and to boost the immune system. We are delighted to advise you individually. WELLNESS

From now on, you have the exclusive opportunity to book a relaxing massage and enjoy the sauna facilities at De-Medici Spa for free for 2 hours. Alternatively, there is the option to book only the sauna, for either 60, 120, or 180 minutes. For maximum flexibility and relaxation, various booking options are available. Please note that we cannot guarantee availability at all times, and cancellation conditions apply for online bookings.

LAUFTRAINING

Do you want to improve your performance, feel healthier and fitter, or shed a few pounds? No problem! 10-week program, 1 session per week – From 0 to 5 kilometers! In this course, we guide you with expertise and enthusiasm towards running. With the right technique, you’ll strengthen your muscles, enhance endurance, and alleviate tensions and stress. Coordination and strength exercises complete the training session. After your session, unwind and relax in our spa area. You can book the following training sessions with us, available as a subscription or individual training.
